A Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Nazlı Ana Charity Organization and Baku Higher Oil School

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the “Nazlı Ana” Charity Organization and Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) with the aim of expanding mutual cooperation.

During the meeting, the Rector of Baku Higher Oil School, Elmar Gasimov, welcomed the guests and provided information on the institution’s activities and academic achievements.

Speaking at the meeting, Akif Aliyev highlighted the significance of the “Nazlı Ana Scholarship Program,” established by the Charity Organization, in strengthening the social well-being of female students and enhancing access to education, emphasizing the positive impact of such initiatives on youth development.

The Executive Director of the “Nazlı Ana” Charity Organization, Elnur Kalantarov, stated that the primary objective of the “Nazlı Ana Scholarship Program” is to support the academic development of female students from socio-economically vulnerable families.

Within the framework of the Memorandum, a tripartite Student Education Agreement was signed with the winner of the “Nazlı Ana Scholarship Program,” Nazrin Sadiqova, a third-year student at Baku Higher Oil School. Under the terms of the agreement, the student’s tuition fee for the autumn semester of the 2025–2026 academic year has been fully covered.
