General Provisions

This Privacy Policy regulates the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data of users and visitors of the “nazliana.org” platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”) and the Organization’s website, prepared by the “Nazlı Ana Charity Organization” PU (hereinafter referred to as the “Organization”) for the purpose of providing its services.

This Privacy Policy has been developed based on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and other relevant legal acts.

The Organization is responsible for the processing of personal data of Platform users and website visitors in accordance with applicable legislation.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The Organization processes personal data for the purpose of providing services in accordance with their context and fulfilling its obligations. The Organization does not intend to use personal data for purposes not stipulated by law and assumes responsibility accordingly.

IP addresses collected through the “Google Analytics” tool installed on the system for the purpose of improving service quality and optimizing user experience.

Personal Data – any information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.

User – an identified or identifiable natural person whose personal data is collected, processed, and protected.

Transaction – execution of requests for services provided through the Platform.

Partner – an entity providing services on the Platform as a supplier.

End User – a party who conducts payments or other transactions through the Platform without registration.

Operator – a party performing transactions through the Platform on behalf of other parties.

The Organization collects and processes data depending on the user’s role on the Platform and the type of operations performed. The purposes of data collection include:

Registration and reporting of donations;

Coordination with volunteers;

The Organization does not collect any personal data directly from end users.

Storage and Protection of Personal Data

Collected data is stored and protected in accordance with applicable legislation for a minimum of 5 years or for the longest possible period permitted by law. The Organization operates under the oversight of relevant authorities and applies the best technical, information security, and management practices. Documents demonstrating compliance are published on the Organization’s official website.

Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred to Partners with the consent of the user for service delivery. In all cases, the Organization ensures that the recipients accept obligations related to data protection. Except for cases provided by law, data is not transferred to third parties.

Archiving and Deletion of Personal Data

Archiving and deletion of personal data are carried out in accordance with Azerbaijani legislation.

Upon receiving a request from a data subject, and where possible, the Organization deletes personal data. The Organization is responsible for fulfilling such requests or providing a justified refusal.

Updates to the Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy is continuously updated. All parties are informed about changes via notifications through the Platform. Users are ensured access to the updated policy, which will indicate the “Updated on” date.

User Rights

Users have the right to:

Refuse permission for the collection of personal data;

Request correction of collected data;

Request deletion of collected data;

Submit complaints regarding personal data protection and request detailed information on matters covered by this policy.
